Erin Gillespie
Erin Gillespie, the Director of Programs for the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater Kentucky and Southern Indiana, was born and raised in Richmond, KY, and currently resides in Lexington. Erin received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Eastern Kentucky University while focusing on public/nonprofit. While working on her master’s degree, Erin was a caregiver for her grandmother who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. This experience and her education led her to a career in public service. As the Director of Programs, Erin leads local DEI initiatives, drives efforts in community outreach, disease education and support.
