Kathryn C. Boxill is a dynamic healthcare professional based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area with a strong foundation in communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement. A proud graduate of Howard University, she earned a B.A. in Broadcast Management and began her career in the media and advertising industries. Kathryn has held impactful roles such as Senior Sales Research Consultant & Project Manager at a consulting firm for radio stations and On-Air Radio Host and Producer at Washington, DC’s WPFW-FM.
Kathryn is a seasoned leader with expertise in data analytics, project management, and creating strategies tailored to diverse audiences. Her ability to synthesize complex information, craft compelling narratives, and manage cross-functional teams translates seamlessly into the healthcare advocacy consulting and health equity space. She excels at fostering collaboration among stakeholders, including patients, community leaders, and industry partners, to drive impactful initiatives.
With a customer-centric mindset and a proven track record of delivering results, Kathryn is pivoting her career to health advocacy consulting for biopharmaceutical companies as a Director of Strategic Operations at Links2Equity. She is passionate about leveraging her skills to support patient-centric strategies, diversity in clinical trials, and equitable access to care. Kathryn’s intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and adaptability fuel her commitment to driving meaningful change and advancing health equity, access to care/treatment, and value through patient advocacy and policy initiatives.
