WEBINAR 2
Join AlzInColor on Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 7 PM to 8 PM EDT for the second session of our monthly six-part Brain Health & Alzheimer’s Webinar Series, “Live, Love, Learn: Healthy Habits, Healthy Brain.”
This engaging session will explore how everyday lifestyle choices can support brain health, enhance overall wellness, and help reduce the risk of cognitive decline.
Through expert guidance and actionable insights, this session will emphasize that brain health is about more than preventing dementia. It’s about creating sustainable habits that help us live healthier, fuller lives at every age, because you are never too young to be mindful of your brain health.
Whether you are looking to make lifestyle changes, support a loved one, or better understand how daily habits impact brain function, this webinar will provide practical tools to support lifelong brain wellness.
